Four findings:
1) Side marker bulbs
2) One foglight bulb
3) front motor mount
4) front right wheel hub
The motor mount is clearly shot... I'm talking 3-4 inches of lift/movement when gassed. Here I thought I had transmission issues, instead it was just my entire driveline rocking back and forth.
The hub is also shot. solid 1/8 to 1/4 inch movement on the front wheel (12/6 vertical rocking).
The place wanted $750 to do the work. I can get parts for $70-$100. I could do it for less if I had the time to wait for Rockauto.
Good thing that Advance will price match RA+shipping for identical parts, saves me about 40%.

You've been actively trying to kill yourself, haven't you?

is the fog light required to pass inspection, or just noted that it was out.
For a while in my metro I had a few things changed out, ended up that one of the bolts in for the trans mount had broken and the others were backing out and similar movement of driveline,.

Some states are stricter than others. Here in MA, any nonfunctioning exterior light, whether it's essential or not, is an automatic fail.
